  • ✨ IMPORTANT INFO ✨ Please be aware if we can not perform treatment due to false tan or the area being unprepared you may be charged or lose a session. For Laser hair removal: ✨Please avoid unprotected UV exposure on the treatment areas for a minimum of 4 weeks before and after treatment. ✨Please avoid false tan on the treated area at least 2 weeks prior to treatment. If false tan is on the skin, we cannot perform treatment and will lead to a loss of session or a charge. ✨Avoid plucking, waxing, sugaring, epilating, hair removal cream and electrolysis. The hair on the area can ONLY be shaved or trimmed between treatments and must be done 24/48 hours prior to treatment. For IPL skin treatments please bear in mind the following: ✨Avoid sun exposure for 4 weeks prior to treatment. ✨Apply sunscreen with SPF30+ to the treatment area during any sun exposure and outdoor activities for 4 weeks prior to laser treatment. ✨Avoid the application of all false tanning products on the treatment area for 2 weeks prior to laser treatment. For all treatments ✨Inform your Practitioner of any changes in your personal details, and or/medical circumstances since your last clinic visit before your next appointment eg any newly diagnosed conditions or new medications (including anti-inflammatories and pain killers) ✨Avoid exfoliation of the skin , acid exfoliator use and retinol products for 7 days prior to treatment and as advised afterwards. ✨Seek guidance from the clinic regarding timeframes required to wait before and after aesthetic or laser treatments before having other treatments. ✨24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule is required. No shows and late rescheduling are disruptive to business and may incur a charge, or loss of a prepaid session.
